VB Decompiler: DotFix Software: http://www.dotfixsoft.com. The size of P-code is less than the m-code file size. So it may be a form of byte code with may be a weak encryption. As per MATLAB it is not possible to reverse. In article, tahaseena ghouse wrote: Hrishikesh Kamthe wrote: >How can i convert pcode into mcode >Is there any way to do so. Pcode is encrypted using AES encryption, using a key only known to Mathworks, so only Mathworks could convert it back. *Possibly* you could hire them to convert the code for you, but I would not expect it to be inexpensive, and they would probably want hard proofs that you had the legal right to the source code. -- 'After all, what problems has intellectualism ever solved?' -- Robert Gilman tahaseena ghouse 07:39. Now that my anger has passed. In cases where the whole publication consists of a (natural language) description of an algorithm, one plot of input vectors and one plot of output vectors, imho it can not be verfied, that the algorithm does what is's supposed to do and the way it is described. Furthermore since additional steps were taken by the authors to make a verification of the published algorithm harder it seems really fishy. This really, really bugs me, because it is not an exception but seems to be the standard way of doing it in my field (chemometrics). And does not seem to lead to any problems in getting work published in high ranking journals.
